On the backside, our management team makes sure our employees are constantly subjected to continuing education and updated certifications in order to stay on top of the ever changing automotive industry. We are constantly building efficiencies through Lean principles in order to provide a low cost model that benefits our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Looking for an A technician to perform autobody repairs per repair order. We have a very laid back enviornment that still offers top pay. We have a 3 month backlog to ensure consistent workload.
- Complete quality control on each repair during repair and after assembly
- Ensure repairs are done to I-Car standards including corrosion protections
- Ensure the integrity of welds and make sure they are dressed properly
- Perform heavy lifting as needed for repair and maintenance tasks
-Make sure lights, sensors, and mechanical components are working properly and advise of any warning lights on the dash
Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive repair techniques
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with other employees
- Knowledge of all types of weldings and repair methods
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with automotive repair
- I-Car certifications are a plus and necessary for higher end spectrum of pay range
