Job Summary

As a member of the IT Team, day to day operations will include identifying and diagnosing problems, assessing available technology options, and recommending, implementing, and supporting solutions that meet or exceed the organization’s requirements. The performance of the System Administrator will directly impact IT’s ability to provide ACC with a competitive advantage through the use of technology.

Who We are Looking For:

ACC is looking for a System Administrator who will bring our core values DRIVEN to work every day. A successful System Administrator exhibits:

Essential Job Functions / Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leverages the company’s existing processes to define requirements, evaluate, negotiate and source products and services within their scope of responsibility.
  • Participates in IT departmental strategy and planning efforts; will specifically assist in disaster recovery and continuity planning for the organization’s operations.
  • Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, software, and related Windows infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding and background of working with Active Directory, Azure, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, SSH, and SSO/SAML.
  • Setup and administration of client VPN, High-Availability Firewalls, and general networking configurations.
  • Microsoft O365 management, SharePoint administration, IT support for network and software/deployed environments, scripting experience a plus.
  • Develop and maintain security policies, procedures and standards to ensure a consistent and secure network environment.
  • Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies such as vulnerability scanners, IDP/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection software.
  • Provide support to end-users, both in-office and remotely, by actively participating in day-to-day helpdesk operations.

Secondary job duties include other duties as assigned.

Qualifications


Position Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years’ experience in a technical field
  • Experience supporting the following technology stacks: Meraki, Barracuda, Nutanix, VMWare, Windows Server.
  • Extremely strong organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Must demonstrate broad business knowledge, organizational awareness, and project management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Degree in a technology related field and/or industry certifications – Cisco, Microsoft, EDR, IAM.
