### Duties:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store runs smoothly
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries or concerns
- Process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management
- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising staff members
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in pricing products and implementing promotional activities
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
### Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of store management principles and practices
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) are a plus
- Strong math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Experience in sales management, including the ability to negotiate and close deals
- Familiarity with recruiting and training new employees
