Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm and a rotating on-call schedule that could include some evenings and weekends. Must be flexible to meet the needs of the office
Staffing Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruiting, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates on jobs counseling employees
- Adequately judging quality of an applicant for correct placement
- Counseling candidate and applying constructive criticism when needed
- Working with clients to determine staffing and hiring needs.
- Previous staffing experience or a KPI driven role
- Flexible and self-motivated that thrives in a team environment
- Excellent customer service and communications skills
- Reliable transportation with Valid Insurance and Valid Driver’s License-Will need to do check-ins at customer sites for new assignments
Full time, temporary to permanent
