On-Site Staffing Coordinator
Automation Personnel Services seeks an experienced and self-motivated On-Site Staffing Coordinator for a well-respected client in Bessemer, Alabama.
The ideal candidate will oversee the staffing operation in a warehouse setting and will be the primary liaison between the client, employees, and our Automation Personnel Services branch in Birmingham.
We are looking for someone with experience as an on-site coordinator in a manufacturing facility, as well as some Human Resources, team building, customer service, and computer skills / experience.
Pay Rate
$19.00 to $22.00 per hour
On-Site Staffing Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities
- Recruiting
- Applicant screening
- Interviewing
- Adequately judging quality of an applicant for correct placement
- Process payroll and oversee time-keeping system
- Counseling employees
- Listening to and applying constructive criticism
- Communicating open positions to the supporting branch office
- Checking new employees in at the beginning of each shift
- Attendance, performance, and production reporting
- Workers’ compensation reporting
On-Site Staffing Coordinator Qualifications & Requirements
- Detail-oriented and good organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Staffing and / or HR experience a plus
- High School diploma and some college preferred
- Customer Service experience required
- Flexibility with work hours required
- Previous staffing onsite experience preferred, but not required.
