• Our Branch Managers sell.
• Must establish partnership style relationships with existing customers.
• You will be out in the business community selling and managing the in-house staff.

You must have a successful background in sales, must negotiate, must be closer, and have the ability to communicate and solve problems.

This is a fast-paced environment with long hours.Characteristics of our top performers :

• Aggressive prospectors (cold calls)
• Comfortable giving sales presentations
• Always closing the sale
• Create partnerships with key executives.
• Exceed sales quotas.
• Strong leaders
• Self-motivated, productive while unsupervised
• Ability to multi-task and shift priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Staffing experience is a Plus.

Compensation :

• Base $65 to $70K Commission
• Lucrative commission structure
• Health / Dental Insurance
• $30K Life insurance 100% covered by company.
• Long Term Disability 60% of base salary 100% covered by company.
• Accidental Death or Dismemberment 100% covered by company.
