Job Description
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a receptionist for a company based in Oldsmar, FL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for answering multi-line phone calls, transferring calls to the correct department, greeting clients, and other related duties.
$15.00 per hour.
Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
• Answering multi-line phone calls and directing visitors to the correct office/department.
• Processing bills and helping customers with questions about services.
• Organizing files for billing, client records, reports, etc.
• Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner.
• Communicate with vendors regarding any problems or issues with materials, delivery status, etc.
• 2 years of related experience
• Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors, and other employees.
• Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly.
• Time management skills to prioritize and complete clerical tasks throughout the day.
