Pay Rate
$17.00 to $20.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday 11:00 pm to 7:30 am
Production Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities
- Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations, planning monitoring, and appraising job results. The Production Supervisor will also coach, counsel, and discipline employees as necessary. Ensuring policies, procedures, and systems are enforced.
- Coordinates with the Human Resources department and Staffing Agency on staffing needs
- Assumes responsibility for manufacturing and shipping processes in the plant
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
- Experience in supervision, coaching, managing processes, production planning, and creating schedules
