Traveling Maintenance Specialist
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Traveling Maintenance Specialist for a company based in Alpharetta , GA .
In this role, you will primarily be responsible for traveling across the country for the installation of beverage equipment , preventive maintenance, light mechanic activities, and other related duties.
Pay Rate
Based on experience.
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Saturday
3 weeks on the road and one-week paid time off
Traveling Maintenance Specialist Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow a schedule of assigned calls for maintenance and installation of products.
- Travel for extended periods of time to locations nationwide .
- Execute preventive maintenance for all equipment.
- Lubricate or apply other materials to machines, machine parts, or other equipment, according to specified procedures.
- Installs, replaces, or changes machine parts and attachments, according to task specifications.
Traveling Maintenance Specialist Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma, GED
- Willing to travel for 100% of job duties for extended periods.
- A minimum of two years of p revious Preventive Maintenance Technician experience is required.
- Previous experience in refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and HVCA is required.
- Food and Beverage equipment service & installation experience is a plus .
- Communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet demands.
- Must have own set of hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Drug screening , background check , and driving record search are required at the time of hire.
