Machine Operator PVD Coating Technician
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Machine Operator PVD Coating Technician for a company based in Oldsmar, FL.
In this fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to cross-train in multiple departments and gain valuable knowledge.
In this job, you will be responsible for performing an array of duties such asoperating, troubleshooting, and maintaining vacuum coating machines.
Pay Rate 2nd shift : $16.00 per hour3rd shift - $ 17.00 per hour Schedule and Hours 2nd shift Monday Friday from 3 : 00 pm to 11 : 30 pm3rd shift Monday Friday from 11 : 00 pm to 7 : 00 am Machine Operator PVD Coating Technician Duties and Responsibilities :
- Operate vacuum coating chambers for coating precision parts.
- Operate, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain PVD equipment and coating chambers.
- Assist with grit blasting, cleaning, and fixturing parts as needed.
- Ensure a smooth flow of production through the department.
- Review drawings and specifications to determine parts to be masked, cleaned, or coated.
Machine Operator PVD Coating Technician Requirements and Qualifications :
- High school education or equivalent.
- 1 years of relevant experience as machine operator
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
- Attention to detail and mechanical inclined.
- Able to lift 50 pounds at minimum.
