Pay Rate
$16.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Customer Accounts Representative Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to any customer’s questions or complaints clearly and precisely
- Source non-stocked items and entering work orders
- Follow up with customers on orders and out call for direct sales
- Understand the goals and concepts of the business
- Work closely with credit, inventory, systems, warehouse, and other departments in the company
- All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice
- Associate’s or Technical degree is required
- Minimum of 1-year in a sales and/or customer service role
- Experience in a machine shop or manufacturing setting that includes automotive/transportation, heavy equipment, oil & gas, semiconductors and shipbuilding is a plus
- Able to skillfully multi-task and knows how to properly prioritize tasks/objectives
- Proficient with MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong math aptitude
- Possesses strong attention to the details
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem solving / conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
