Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Cherry Picker for a company based in Charleston, SC.As a Pit Operator, you will play a crucial role in the warehouse operation, primarily responsible for picking orders or putting away inbound freight. Pay Rate
$18.00 per hour Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday2nd shift 3 00 pm until 11 30 pm Cherry Picker Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers to pick orders or put away inbound freight.
- Safely maneuver equipment within the warehouse to retrieve and store products
- Ensure accuracy in picking and packing orders
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues
- Assist with general warehouse tasks such as loading / unloading trucks, palletizing, and inventory management Cherry Picker Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience operating forklifts, reach trucks and cherry pickers is REQUIRED
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is required
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy objects as needed Job Type
