Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Alarm and Camera Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting alarm systems and surveillance cameras. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects and make a meaningful impact on our clients' security needs.

Responsibilities:

• Install, program, and troubleshoot alarm systems and surveillance cameras
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure systems are operating efficiently
• Provide technical support to clients and address any issues or concerns
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service offerings

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an Audio, Video, and Security Installer Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of audio, video, and security systems, including wiring, connectivity, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with various brands and models of equipment, such as amplifiers, speakers, cameras, DVRs, and access control panels.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:
-OSCH certifications

- Certification in audio, video, or security installation (e.g., CEDIA, NICET).
- Experience with home automation systems and integration.
- Knowledge of networking and IP-based systems.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.

This is a full-time position with the possibility of overtime, travel and occasional weekend work. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
