- Lead, Manage, and Hold Accountable (L.M.A): Provide clear direction and guidance to warehouse associates, ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities are performed efficiently and effectively.
- Safety: Uphold a strong commitment to safety protocols and ensure that all warehouse operations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- FTZ/Scheele Operations: Oversee the operations of the FTZ/Scheele area, ensuring smooth workflows and optimized productivity.
- Scope of Work (SOW) Protection: Safeguard the warehouse facilities and equipment by proactively addressing any maintenance or repair needs.
- 3-5 years experience in management positions.
- 3-5 years experience in Warehouse Operations
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse environments.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- An office environment with weekly themes and events that build our office culture.
