ACS is looking for one stockroom clerk with prior experience with LTL Shipping and one stockroom clerk with basic stockroom experience.

General Description:

Under general supervision of ACS corporate management, specifically reporting to the IC & Stockroom Supervisor. The Stockroom Clerk will issue or distribute materials, products, parts, and supplies to customers or coworkers, based on information from incoming requisitions.

Essential Functions:

Participate in maintaining clean and organized stockroom.

Ability to manage priorities.

Accurately pulling and staging of Electrical, Mechanical, and Installation Bill of Materials.

Works with the Parts Department by coordinating and shipping Domestic and International orders.

Assist with Inventory counts and audits performed internally and performed by externally required by outside agencies such as public auditing firms.

Pack and audit orders for Road Crew Spares and customer orders.

Ensure proper paperwork is submitted for inventory transactions.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Experience working in large equipment manufacturing and assembly environment.
• Forklift experience and license (preferred).
• Physical strength and stamina.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable of organizing, managing, and updating stockroom inventories.

Technical Skills:

• Effective attention to detail.
• Strong computer and technology skills.
• The ability to operate data entry systems.
• Organized and ability to multitask.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with experience in inventory management and administrative support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
