Job Description:

Under general supervision of ACS corporate management, specifically Production Supervisor. The Production Expediter will ensure production needs are met by overseeing the flow of materials, components, tooling, and paperwork among departments, and by taking action to solve problems and fulfill rush orders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials between various departments, ensuring the timely completion of production orders.
• Locate, count, and organize raw materials.
• Ability to locate lost goods and involve cycle count specialist provide root cause analysis on missing/mislocated items.
• Monitor production schedules concerns and adjust as necessary to meet changing demands and prioritize urgent orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills in data analysis and problem-solving.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks (if required).

Technical Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy to ensure the quality and integrity of production processes.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address issues and make timely decisions to meet production deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures, including production scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and practices to ensure compliance and maintain a safe

Payrate based on experience.
