Autobahn Specialties, a local and growing automotive repair shop that specializes in European Vehicles, is currently seeking qualified candidates for an office assistant and assistant service writer position. This position will focus on assisting the primary service writer by answering phones and helping customers across the counter, over the phone and via email. Also assisting the office manager with filing and organization.

Applicant must be customer focused and be willing to go that “extra mile” to exceed customer’s expectations daily. If you enjoy fast paced customer focused work environment, then this might be the job for you. Must be detailed orientated, trainable and have the ability to multitask. Previous automotive repair and sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Help Customers to become better informed about the repair and maintenance of their vehicles
• Enter Customer complaints and requests on to the Repair Order for technicians to complete
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Quote, order and track parts for each repair order
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment using the best practices of Autobahn Specialties and any applicable regulatory agencies
• Be open, upbeat and a pleasure to deal with
• Other responsibilities as required

Required Qualifications:

• Strong communication and phone skills

• Strong work ethic
• Documented ability to legally work in the United States of America

Preferred Qualifications:

• (1) years automotive service experience
• Experience and/or certification on European/German makes
• Friendly, team-oriented attitude
• Strong attention to detail
