Responsibilities – Receptionist:

• Must be organized, and able to multitask
• Must use good communication skills - heavy interaction with customers
• Must be able to handle a high-traffic switchboard
• Must demonstrate good customer service on the phone and when greeting customers, acting as an ambassador for Autobahn
• Must be able to coordinate activities with coworkers
• Evenings and Saturdays are required
• Maintain a clean and well-groomed personal appearance
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements – Receptionist:

• Have and maintain an acceptable driving record
• Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Demonstrate a motivated, professional, and friendly demeanor
• Regular attendance is required
• Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen
