Auto Wash is a family owned business with six locations in the Finger Lakes area and growing. Position Summary:

The assistant site manager has three main areas of focus:

• Team development - providing our team with continuous training, being a positive role model, encouraging the team to always do their best, and maintain safety standards at all times.
• Customer Service - able to interact with customers, explain services, and handle most customer inquiries.
• Maintenance - demonstrate some mechanical ability and an ability to learn and understand the mechanics, software, and chemistry of the car wash. Also able to maintain a clean looking facility at all times.

Other skills include:

• Staffing/scheduling
• Computer proficiency
• Ability to handle a fast paced work environment
• Some mechanical ability
• Handling bank deposits
• Ordering supplies

Typical Daily Tasks:

• Washing customer vehicles
• Cleaning equipment
• Cleaning the property and facility
• Light equipment maintenance such as greasing bearings, rebuilding pumps, replacing air lines, etc.
• Training staff
• Handling bank deposits
• Customer service

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to work Sundays (assistant site managers will receive one weekday and one weekend day off)
• Must be able to bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds without restriction
• Must be able to work in extreme hot/cold conditions
• Must be able to stand on your feet for up to 6 hours at a time
• Must be able to work mornings and evenings (until 8 p.m.)

Education/ Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or
• Associate’s Degree with 2 years management experience or
• 4 years management experience

This is a very hands-on job where you are on your feet and in the elements all day working alongside our team to get the job done. About 10% of your time will be spent in the office, the other 90% will be spent working in the car wash with the team and with customers.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
