1. Supervise Warehouse Operations: Direct and oversee all activities within the warehouse during the first shift, ensuring efficient and timely execution of tasks.
2. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular audits, and implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and losses.
3. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, including supervisors, pickers, packers, and forklift operators. Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity and morale.
4. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to create a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety inspections, implement corrective actions, and promote a culture of safety awareness among all warehouse personnel.
5. Communication: Maintain open communication channels with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and fulfillment of orders.

Warehouse Manager 1st Shift

• Experience leading a warehouse team including: hiring, training and motivating.

• Exhibit professional behavior while coping well with ambiguity and change.
• Ability to repetitively lift up to 50lbs and to stand/walk for 8 hours.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, squat, on a frequent to continual basis in a warehouse environment.
• Reach above shoulder level frequently.
• Ability to work in an environment where the temperatures vary with season.
