Our Bumper to Bumper store of Reedsburg, WI is currently seeking a person for a Full-Time local Counter Sales position. This is an in-store sales/customer service position with many training opportunities for advancement. Looking for an experienced salesperson with an automotive background.

Job Description:
A Counter Sales position is the front line sales positions for all of our Auto-Wares Company Stores. We are looking for energized personalities with outstanding communication skills. Planning for your success, Auto Wares arms all Counter persons with multiple training opportunities and other tools to ensure that they are providing the best service to our customers.

*An ideal candidate must have previous experience in the Automotive Aftermarket field, and will live within 45 minutes of the stores location.*

Responsible for store customer service through:

• Customer Satisfaction: Attitude and Focus

• Ability to Multi Task and Operate Computer Cash Systems

• Processing Returns Promptly and Accurately (No Hassles)
• Work with Delivery System for Top Notch Service.
• Notify Manager of any Problems with Customers
• Maintain Store Appearance (Clean & Organized)
• Help Train Less Experienced Team Members.
• Keep Management Informed of Competition

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive car care.
• Valid Driver’s License
• No Major Violations and only two minor violations in last three years.
• Must be at Least 18 Years of Age
• Pass Physical & Drug Screen
• Able to lift and Carry up to 50 Pounds with Both Arms.
