Automotive Aftermarket Accessory Technician (12-Volt)

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:

Install and troubleshoot automotive bolt-on, electronic, and technology accessories. Primary focus on 12-volt particularly Remote Starters and Audio Systems.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accurately estimate and schedule jobs

• Installation of automotive accessories to ATG quality standards with minimal rework
• Investigate and solve customer product problems
• Prepare invoices for service orders

• Maintain a clean, professional, efficient, and safe working environment
• Miscellaneous shop and showroom activities

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience installing and troubleshooting automotive 12-volt accessories. Specifically; remote starters, audio systems, video systems, heated seats, lighting.
• Mobile Electronics Certified Professional (MECP) (preferred)
• Experience installing, troubleshooting and/or sales of automotive bolt-on accessories. Specifically; hitches, truck box accessories, running boards, brush guards and fender flairs.
• Pass drug test, background check and driving record check
• A valid drivers license in good standing with reliable transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
