***Senior Estimator - $100,000 - $125,000 Salary Bonuses***

Auto Pros Collision Center is an auto body shop located in Phoenix. The body shop is expanding and seeking 1 additional full-time senior estimator.

Compensation:

· $100,000 - $125,000 Salary Bonuses, based on experience and qualifications

Qualifications, Responsibilities, Skills/Requirements:

In order to adequately perform the tasks requested, this position will require the candidate to possess the following qualifications, responsibilities, and skills/requirements:

Qualifications:

· At least 5 years of estimating experience (preferably working at a non-DRP shop)

· Extremely proficient with CCC One

Responsibilities:

· Check in vehicles and maintain constant communication with clients regarding updates on repairs

· Prepare comprehensive estimates, supplements, and finals

· Negotiate with insurance adjusters to maximize RO values

Skills/Requirements:

· Excellent organization skills, with a high attention to detail

· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

· Strong ability to simultaneously work on multiple tasks, with ability to function in a fast pace, independent work environment

· Strong time management skills

· Effective planning and execution ability
