After initial training in-person, this specific role could have the flexibility to work from home up to 2 days per week. The position requires the following, but is not limited to: Provide claim assistance to customers in a call center environment. Become familiar with insurance coverage by studying insurance policies, endorsements and forms. Utilize computer based information for reference to research and resolve inquires of insured, claimants, agents and other departments. Acquires a working knowledge of claim handling procedures. Effectively communicate with policyholders, claimants, agents and other departments through verbal and/or written correspondence.
