If so, Auto Driveaway Franchise Systems, LLC is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented team member to join us as an Associate in our Title & Registration department. In this role, our team member will be responsible for handling title and registration transactions for Auto Driveaway customers. This team member must be organized, passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience and able to multitask while managing transactions for one of the largest professional driveaway companies in the United States.

Auto Driveaway is a leading national provider of professional vehicle relocation services. Auto Driveaway primarily serves large corporate fleets, fleet management companies, upfitters, dealerships and vehicle OEMs with fast, safe and reliable door-to-door driveaway and trucked transportation service nationwide. Services include fleet shipping and fleet management services; single vehicle “door-to-door driveaway” shipping; expedited shipping; enclosed carrier shipping for high-value vehicles; international (overseas) shipping; short-term and long-term vehicle storage; licensing, titling and registration of vehicles; and vehicle maintenance and reconditioning services.

Role and Responsibilities

• Process title & registration transactions for Auto Driveaway customers
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding transaction status, documentation needs and timelines
• Maintain working knowledge of State and Local title & registration rules, regulations, and processes
• Build and maintain working relationships with outside vendors, including but not limited to tag agents
• Complete title & registration transactions using Auto Driveaway’s technology tools and system integrations
• Grow Auto Driveaway’s reputation as the driveaway company of choice across the United States

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High School degree required; College degree preferred
• Background or experience with Department of Motor Vehicles strongly preferred
• Direct experience in automotive or transportation industries
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• High energy, enthusiasm and drive for achieving results
• Passionate about customer experience and customer satisfaction
• Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment, recognizing a sense of urgency and self-motivation
