Our Portland branch is on the lookout for motivated individuals to join us as Route Manager, a role that combines service excellence with independence and the opportunity for career progression.

Your Role : From restocking products and performing preventive maintenance on commercial dishwasher machines to collecting payments and upselling our top-tier cleaning and disinfecting products, your days will be filled with variety and the satisfaction of providing stellar service.

You won't just be a technician; you'll be a vital part of our customers' success, equipped with a company phone and Auto-Chlor van to carry out your duties during business hours.

What We Offer

• Consistent Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm with occasional overtime and on-call duties.
• Competitive Compensation : Hourly rate of $24, commission opportunities, guaranteed overtime, and on-call responsibilities for a total estimated income of $65k to $75k annually.

Who You Are

• A self-starter who loves the idea of independence and managing your own route.
• Someone with a customer-oriented mindset, light sales experience, and a mechanical aptitude.
• Ready to engage in comprehensive on-the-job training and an 4-8 week on-call rotation to deliver exceptional customer support.
• A holder of a valid driver's license and reasonably clean driving record.
