Auto Center 4x4 - Arivir Corp. is Hiring a Business Development/Sales Associates (Russian speaking) Near Falls, VA

We are a high-principled company that is committed to delivering the most reliable vehicle exports across the globe.

For more than 10 years, we have been growing together with car dealers, brokers, and importers who need a reliable, consistent supplier.

Due to the growth of our team, we are looking for a Business Development/Sales Associates full-time job to join our team of an automotive export company.

We specialize in sourcing and exporting vehicles to independent car dealers worldwide.

We offer a competitive salary and training to become a successful team member.

A successful candidate must have strong negotiating skills and be fluent in 2 languages: English and Russian.

Sales experience/business developing experience is a must.

Our business is based on a B2B basis.

B2B sales experience is required.

Please note that we are NOT looking for regular sales associates that deal directly with retail consumers.

We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills along with the ability to learn foreign markets.

Communication and Negotiation skills are most important in this position.

A successful individual will be responsible for creating a client database along with working with existing clients by providing them with the information on the automotive products they inquire about and the cost of the products, making sure to finalize and close the deal.

Responsibilities:

1. **Market Research**: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential markets and customers for exporting cars.

2. **Strategic Planning**: Develop strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.

3. **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

4. **Sales**: Drive sales by actively seeking new business opportunities and negotiating contracts with clients.

5. **Client Outreach**: Reach out to potential clients via email, phone calls, and in-person meetings to introduce company services and establish relationships.

6. **Proposal Preparation**: Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of partnering with the company.

7. **Supply Chain Management**: Coordinate with Purchasers and Logistics coordinator to ensure timely delivery of cars to customers.

8. **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with export regulations and procedures in all target markets.

9. **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Prepare budgets and forecasts for sales and business development activities.

10. **Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams such as accounting, business developers, purchasers, business managers and logistics to ensure smooth execution of export operations.

11. **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.

12. **Market Intelligence**: Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities and pricing strategies.

13. **Feedback Collection**: Collect feedback from clients to improve services and offerings.

14. **Continuous Improvement Mindset**: Commitment to continuous improvement, seeking out opportunities to optimize processes and reduce costs.

15. **Prompt Data Entry**: Enter information and update data promptly in the company's program used for managing work.This means ensuring that data is entered without delay as soon as it becomes available, minimizing any lag between receiving information and inputting it into the system. Timely data entry is crucial for maintaining up-to-date records and facilitating smooth workflow processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
