We are seeking a skilled Painter with experience to join our team at a reputable shop. As a Painter, you will be responsible for performing painting and refinishing tasks on vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking
- Mix paint and apply it
- Perform auto body repair and refinishing tasks
- Use hand tools and equipment to complete painting tasks
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in auto body repair, painting, or similar field
- Proficient in using hand tools and equipment for painting tasks
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Strong customer service skills to interact with clients effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
