```Duties```
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals with customers
- Provide excellent customer service and sales support throughout the car buying process
- Upsell additional products and services to customers
- Utilize software systems to manage customer information and track sales progress
- Collaborate with dealership team members to ensure a smooth sales process
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the dealership's inventory and available vehicles

```Experience```
- Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales deals
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and effective cold calling techniques
- Experience in upselling products or services to customers
- Proficiency in using software systems for sales management

Pay: $60,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
