Autismness ABA was founded by parents of two special needs children with autism. Our main focus is doing what is right for individuals with Autism and Developmental Disabilities and their family. We focus on quality services and creativity, and are clinician-run. We have a new state of the art facility with an art room, toy room, indoor playground and big kids play room. Hiring:

Autismness ABA is looking to hire a clinic based, full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Roswell, GA to support our continued growth in the communities that we serve. We support our BCBAs with continuing education, training, growth opportunities and a full benefit package!

Responsibilities:

• Conducting detailed behavioral assessments and analyses.
• Designing evidence-based intervention plans tailored to unique needs.
• Conducting caregiver training and guidance.
• Adhering to the professional and ethical benchmarks set by the BACB.
• Supervising and guiding team members, ensuring they deliver the highest standards.
• Collaborating effectively with other team members, caregivers, other therapies, school personnel, etc.

Skills:

• Master's degree in ABA, special education, or psychology.
• Active BCBA certification with at least 1 year experience.
• Experience providing direct care to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Highly organized and independent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
