Autism West Behavior Partner is committed to providing quality ABA treatment and other support services to children with a variety of learning and/or mental health needs. We service the greater Denver metro area with our learning centers located in Aurora and Northglenn.

We are looking for a caring individuals to provide services to children with autism and other developmental delays, implementing ABA strategies in the home, clinic and/or community settings. We provide training and compensate for RBT certification.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: responsible for implementing ABA services, under the supervision of a BCBA, to the clients they are assigned. Some of the duties are:

• Client appointments are completed as scheduled
• Procedures in treatment plan and/or behavior support plan are followed and implemented as outlined
• Clients are continually making progress based on quantifiable data as outlined in the treatment plan
• Therapeutic environment is conducive to client success
• Proper compliance to all related company policies and procedures
• Maintain regular follow up with families and supervisors

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma and must by 18 years old
• Passion for working with children
• Must have a reliable car
• Must pass background check

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
