The Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at our Florissant clinic plays a crucial role in providing high-quality ABA therapy and promoting a positive culture and environment within the clinic.

The LEAD RBT position implements through assistance of the BCBAs initial training across structured phase training.

Conducts fidelity checks of implementation of foundational ABA skills with the assistance of the BCBA

Assists with providing feedback to technicians on implementation of programming and assists BCBAs to conduct programming fidelity and provide maintenance training

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct ABA therapy to clients, adhering to individualized treatment plans
• Conducts fidelity checks across programming through supervision of a BCBA, conducts initial training of technicians, collaborates and provides feedback upon cultivating positive work environment
• Provides feedback and collaborates with the BCBA across additional training a technician might require
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an RBT in a clinical setting
• Strong knowledge and understanding of ABA principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Dedication to promoting a positive and inclusive environment for clients and staff[LJ2]
