Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients in home, school, or community settings
- Teach and reinforce appropriate social skills and behaviors
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment approach
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client sessions and progress
Requirements:
-To be considered for the base pay of $22-26 per hour you must already have your RBT certification
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations as needed
- Ability to pass a background check
