JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the supervision and training of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans and behavior intervention plans to children with Autism in a clinic or home setting. The RBT will implement programs and collect data daily on individualized functional goals for each client with efficacy. RBTs will help maintain a clean and safe environment in the clinic setting for the staff members, clients and parents receiving services at Autism Learning collaborative (ALC).
