Job description
About the Role
Under the direction of Pediatric Psychiatrists, Clinical Psychologists, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) you will:
- Receive training on how to deliver life-changing care to kids with a variety of developmental conditions
- Work with a team of world-class clinicians
- Provide behavioral services to kids in the home and community-based settings
- Collect clinical data regularly to support BCBAs in their care plans
- Train caregivers to implement BCBA-developed care plans
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis as a part of a multi-specialty care team
- Attend meetings & trainings regarding client's behavior services as necessary

Requirements
Applicant must have:
- Obtained high school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred with coursework in behavior analysis or other related field)
- Completed or willing to complete 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician coursework
- Obtained or willing to obtain recertification of RBT training annually*
- Completed or willing to complete all necessary Medicaid Waiver training and documents*
- Reliable transportation
*Bonuses paid upon completion of certification materials
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
