The Digital Content Coordinator assists in helping support the maintenance and enhancement of the website presence for Authority Brands. They will be responsible for helping the Digital Content Specialist with executing content update requests and ensuring Authority Brands digital assets are always up to Brand standards. The Digital Content Coordinator will execute a successful content strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across Authority Brands. This position requires a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently to meet timelines. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Help execute website content updates on behalf of the marketing team and franchise owners in a timely manner. Review and proofread content updates to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards. Help assist the Digital Content Specialist with organizing and maintaining the digital asset request updates for the Brand websites.Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to design, document, and implement efficient Content processes and workflows. Collaborate with marketing team members to gather information and insights for content creation. Assist the Digital Content Specialist to provide training and guidance to team members on process execution and compliance.Collaborate with the website vendor to address requests necessitating troubleshooting.Perform regular audit processes to ensure adherence to established content standards and Authority Brands guidelines. Assist with following industry best practices for online readability and user engagement. Help analyze content performance using relevant metrics and provide data-driven adjustments to improve content effectiveness. Identify non-compliance issues and work to address and rectify any deviations. Help implement the Authority Brands informative website content, including articles, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, infographics, etc. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content marketing techniques. Perform other duties as assigned. POSITION QUALIFICATIONSSKILLS & ABILITIES A bachelor’s degree in marketing or business is preferred. (1) year of experience in content marketing, with a focus on creating engaging and high-performing content. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools. Analytical mindset, with the ability to measure and report on content performance using relevant KPIs. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt style and tone for different platforms and audiences. Knowledge of marketing best practices, lead management, and campaign execution. Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with franchise marketing and/or operations. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
