Location of the preferred candidate to be in Phoenix, AZ or Columbia, MD. Remote available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities :
- Support Franchise owners across all brands at by coordinating customer requests within vendor network.
- Provide Fleet Support to address franchise questions about vendors, products, and services to ensure they receive best options available at market competitive rates
- Pro-Active outreach to franchise locations to maximize vendor exposure
- Assist Sourcing Team with RFP opportunities and carry out relevant market research, data gathering and analysis in alignment with the business-approved sourcing process
- Support and evaluate ad-hoc and special project requests with Category Manager and National Fleet Manager
Qualifications :
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required
- Good understanding of fleet-based processes, procedures and policies
- Account Management and Customer Support experience
- Familiarity with Fleet Operations in Canada a plus
- Understanding franchise systems is a plus
- Customer oriented mindset to drive sales processes
- Knowledge of fleet procurement principles and best practices
- Organized and able to drive multiple initiatives at the same time
- Highly analytical and able to work with large, complex data sets
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills required
- Strategic mindset and problem-solving skills
