We seek an energetic professional National Accounts Coordinator interested in helping our business grow through value-led conversations and remarkable customer experience.

The National Accounts Coordinator is not afraid to handle multiple tasks and interact directly with customers and franchise locations.

As a National Accounts Coordinator, you will liaise between our clients and a cross-functional team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of a holistic sales approach positioning.

The Junkluggers is the market leader for hauling service solutions. The National Accounts Coordinator is familiar with a variety of the field concepts, practices and procedures and relies on extensive experience and solid judgment to hold the Franchise and the Customer accountable to established service level agreements (SLAs) while providing unique and creative solutions to ensure that needs are met, jobs are booked, and we provide the absolute best value possible.

If you are someone who can bring unique solutions to the table when faced with a problem or difficult situation, this is an excellent role for you.

A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Ideally, this candidate will be able to work Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities :

  • Communicates regularly with clients and franchises to maintain strong relationships.
  • Provide quality customer service by understanding the customer and needs and how best to maximize

their business model while also working with our franchisees and established partners to ensure we

can schedule and deliver world-class Knock Your Socks Off’ service.

  • Strong work ethic with a total commitment to finding success each and every day.
  • Up-to-date knowledge base of the entire line of service offerings.
  • Works to establish add-on business opportunities with existing customers.
  • Taking ownership of finding unique ways to accomplish new and / or difficult requests.
  • Provide pricing and scheduling availability for quotes and sales for customers via phone and / or

email.

Experience :

  • Experience working in a team-based environment, building and maintaining positive relationships

with people, customers, vendors, and employees

  • Organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize among competing tasks
  • Professional demeanor both on the phone and in person
  • Verbal / written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of

the organization

Experience in a position that deals directly with providing world-class customer service to clients

Basic PC knowledge ( Windows, Word, Excel, E-mail, G-Suite)
