AuthoraCare Collective is currently seeking a Community Outreach and Resource Navigation Coordinator for our Greensboro campus/service areas. This is a Full-time position Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm and requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends and willingness to travel within the community. 

Job Summary:

Proactively plan, create, and execute interdisciplinary community education and outreach programs that target current and emerging strategic needs for specific audiences. Develop a relevant array of educational and outreach opportunities tailored to community and strategic demands.

Organize and train a dynamic “Speakers Bureau’ comprising both staff and volunteers. Collaborate with other community partners to positively influence discussions on advance care planning, end-of-life care, grief, and loss. Assess the measurable impacts of community education and outreach endeavors and adapt as necessary. Serve as a leader in community education, outreach, and collaboration.
