About the team The AIS Quality Assurance team drives quality practice initiatives that gives confidence to performance support staff, coaches, and athletes that the data collected and used to inform decision is valid, accurate and reliable.

The Quality Assurance team sits within the National Performance Support Systems, which leads the design and delivery of innovative systems and support that unites and enables the Australian high performance sport system to win well.

About the role Your experience and understanding of sport, science, and quality assurance will drive the development and delivery of products and services for the AIS Quality Assurance program to benefit the Australian high performance sport system.

Your responsibilities will include the development of meaningful quality assurance resources, and undertaking quality evaluations of equipment and technology relevant to sport.

About you We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent attention to detail, who thrives in an agile environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as well as the ability to work independently.

This position is offered as a FIXED TERM position until May with the possibility of being extended or made ongoing.

• Human Movement / Coaching / Exercise / Sports Science Degree
