As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you won't just be crunching numbers – you'll be shaping the future. From crafting strategic plans to diving deep into financial data, every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to make a real impact.What You'll Do:
- Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct in-depth financial analyses to drive strategic decisions
- Prepare and deliver clear, insightful financial reports
- Manage Financial Statements with precision
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track financial trends
- Develop and maintain robust financial models for forecasting
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads
- Monitor budget performance and explain variances
- Prepare rolling forecasts to anticipate future financial outcomes
- Develop forecasting models to support long-term strategic planning
- Strategic Planning:
- Provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives
- Conduct scenario analysis to assess risks and opportunities
- Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and capital allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes
- Financial Operations Support:
- Partner with Accounting and other departments to ensure financial data accuracy
- Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures
- Provide support for ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
- Experience in the Financial Services / Health Insurance industries preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Strong analytical chops with a knack for turning numbers into narratives.
