As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you won't just be crunching numbers – you'll be shaping the future. From crafting strategic plans to diving deep into financial data, every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to make a real impact.What You'll Do:
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting:
    • Conduct in-depth financial analyses to drive strategic decisions
    • Prepare and deliver clear, insightful financial reports
    • Manage Financial Statements with precision
    •  Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track financial trends
    •  Develop and maintain robust financial models for forecasting
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads
    • Monitor budget performance and explain variances
    • Prepare rolling forecasts to anticipate future financial outcomes
    • Develop forecasting models to support long-term strategic planning
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives
    • Conduct scenario analysis to assess risks and opportunities
    • Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and capital allocation
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes
  • Financial Operations Support:
    • Partner with Accounting and other departments to ensure financial data accuracy
    • Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures
    • Provide support for ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects
What You'Need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
  • Experience in the Financial Services / Health Insurance industries preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Strong analytical chops with a knack for turning numbers into narratives.
  • Superb communication skills that can turn heads and move mountains.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering results
