From managing relationships with their prestigious Private Wealth clients to streamlining administrative tasks, you'll be the superhero behind the scenes, ensuring every client's journey is seamless and extraordinary.What You'll Do:
- Be the VIP point of contact for our elite Private Wealth clients and Advisors
- Dive into the action, managing new client accounts with lightning-fast precision
- Keep things organized and efficient, handling client requests like a pro
- Be the master of meetings, scheduling and coordinating like a true superhero
- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and keep things running smoothly
- Stay ahead of the curve, proactively identifying ways to enhance client experience
- Partner with Advisors to provide tailored services that exceed expectations
- Make magic happen, delivering seamless onboarding experiences for new clients
- Embrace innovation, staying on top of the latest technologies to wow our clients every step of the way
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Client Services at an RIA
- A knack for organization and leadership that shines brighter than a supernova
- Experience working with High-Net-Worth individuals, because ordinary just isn't in your vocabulary
- Lightning-fast decision-making and problem-solving skills that would make even the Flash jealous
