Position Summary:
As a Operations Supervisor, you'll be the backbone of our client's 2nd shift operation, gaining a deep understanding of processes while providing essential leadership to our client's team. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a safety-first environment, driving process improvements, managing inventory, coordinating with supply chain teams, and ensuring production schedules are met. We're looking for a confident and adaptable individual who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and getting their hands dirty on the production floor, all while providing leadership and guidance to their team.
