Austin STR Management is a property management company looking to add to our maintenance team. We are a seeking someone with previous pool maintenance experience, including cleaning and balancing chemicals. Ideal candidates should have experience working with pool pumps, filtration units and other water technology, as well as experience working with chemicals and cleaning equipment. This position will require a desire to work outside in varying weather conditions and an interest in learning about the latest technology.

Responsibilities:

• Adjust chemicals and water testing.
• Ensure equipment is in working order.
• Light groundskeeping around pool areas
• Service records of all pools

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing pools
• Valid drivers license
• Cell phone and personal vehicle
• CPO certified a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
