Responsibilities:
Customer Service
-Fielding phone calls
-Greeting / assisting walk-in customers
-Learning customer base
-Sales Order Processing – Taking orders, securing material, tagging, customer communication, email communication
-Invoicing / payment processing / credit memos / refunds
Inventory Management
- begin learning basics of inventory, pricing, receiving inventory / item code entry
-Collaboration / assisting in implementation of special projects
-System / Process development
Required Skills:
-Nursery Experience and/or extensive knowledge of Texas landscape plants
-High energy and positive attitude
-Customer focused mindset with service-oriented communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.50 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
