Austin Orthodontics Arts is Hiring a Treatment Coordinator Near Austin, TX

Overview:

Our established office is looking for a great team player to join our team. We are a busy, two-doctor, one-location practice that prides itself on providing excellent orthodontic care as well as outstanding customer service and patient experience.

The ideal candidate should have clinical experience the orthodontic field, be a self-motivated and goal oriented, and be able to work independently as well as support the entire administrative team. This position is intended as a full-time position with a robust list of benefits.

Job Duties

  • Working side by side with the doctors during New Patient Examinations and Consultations
  • Explaining treatment recommendations to patients
  • Creating and presenting financial options for responsible parties
  • Patient follow up to schedule start appointments
  • Work closely with consultant to maximize patient care and starts
  • Transcribing letters to patients and other care providers
  • Reviewing outgoing communications for the office
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing diagnostic records
  • Revising and updating patient and contact lists
  • Monthly reporting and ability to analyze practice statistics
  • Serving as backup scheduling coordinator when needed

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and DocuSign Familiarity with Ortho II
  • Edge is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Good spelling and grammar is a must!
  • Registered Dental Assistant in the State of Texas
  • Experience with digital x-rays and records.
