Position Overview:

We are looking for a self-motivated, goal-oriented individual to join the sales team in a comfortable environment. We value everyone and everything contributing to make this job fun and exciting while achieving amazing results by our customer service and knowledgeability of all our products as we help get the job done as a one stop shop.

A Dependable and outgoing mindset to provide excellent customer service. The role involves understanding customer needs while recommending suitable products and ensuring a seamless experience to our customers.

Job Requirements:

Ability to communicate professionally in English and Spanish

Multitask with sale orders and phone calls

Retail or sale experience of any setting 0-5 years

Basic computer skills

Customer service skills

Punctuality and reliability

High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Must be authorized to work in the United States

What you’ll do:

Work alongside others to achieve monthly sale goal’s.

Upsell while offering other materials we have

Effectively manage customer inquiries and complaints with excellent customer service

Guide Customers to understand and select appropriate materials or alternatives

Process orders and payments via phone or in person

Maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Assisting with office duties

Communicate with Office, Yard and Management team daily
