We are seeking to fill a Maintenance Project Coordinator position at our office in Geismar, LA!

This is an exciting opportunity to shadow and gain full exposure to how our projects are ran and completed.

Maintenance Project Coordinators support Austin Industrial’s Maintenance & Soft Craft business through the integration of technology, field productivity analysis, and process improvement. This is a development role focused on customer value delivery. Candidates will be required to work both in an office setting and industrial work sites.

Project Coordinators serve as an interface between Austin Site Managers, tech users, customers, and internal business units to drive customer satisfaction. This role reports directly to an Operations Manager and supports our Operations team with key performance indicator (KPI) development, tracking, and reporting.

Ideal Education, Skills, and Background

• 4-year degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Demonstrated collegiate-level computer skills, mathematics, communication skills, and technical writing, with an aptitude for leadership and mastering additional skills as required.
• Industrial Maintenance or Construction Experience.
• Demonstrated capacity to identity opportunities for improvement, and driving the change needed to implement those improvements.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Contract Administration
• Interface with Operations Managers and Site Managers to gain knowledge around industrial Maintenance and Soft Craft services.
• Interface with customers to identify service improvement opportunities.
• Preparing, attending, and presenting at progress, planning, and safety meetings.
• Identify, track, and report KPIs.
• Assist in the development of KPI presentations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
