- Accurate and timely processing of returned merchandise from customers within 24 hours of Receipt
- Accurate and timely processing of inbound merchandise
- Establishes operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse and equipment
- Correctly receive supplier goods through our ERP system
- Put products away on the shelf using our inventory ERP system
- Accurately and efficiently pick and ship orders to our customers via a variety of means (UPS, FedEx, LTL, Delivery, Pick-Ups)
- Process returned goods from customers
- Light assembly
- Monitor and manage KPIs
- Apply supervisory principles to analyze and resolve problems
- Effectively and efficiently use budgeted funds, equipment, materials, facilities, and time
- High School diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of one year of experience in a warehouse and/or distribution setting is preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs safely
- Minimum Ability to Safely Use and Operate the Following Equipment Equipment typically associated with this position within 30 days*
