With Kokua, you’ll get: 

• Earn up to $200/day 
• $135 per day for degreed substitute teachers, $180 per day for Long-Term assignments, and an additional $20 on Mondays and Fridays. $115 per day for non-degreed subs for daily positions

You’ll need:

• Minimum of 48 college credit hours or 1 year(s) working with children
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution strongly preferred. 
• Classroom Experience may compensate for education requirements
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Works collaboratively and is open to observation and critical feedback. 
• Unwavering belief that a college education is possible for all children, and a commitment to developing a school-wide culture that fosters a productive, enthusiastic learning environment.

• Ability to pass state & federal background check
